My wife Marina and myself have moved more than 40 times in total. How to find a way to settle a bit. In the summer 2023 we were not sure what the life would bring us. We had no clue how and most important question where!?

Thanks to my grandparents my family had the chance to go to an vacation home at the Lago Maggiore. This was the stabilst home i have had so fare and Marina also had the dream of a home near the sea, it was the perfect fit for us.

During our vacations alonge the coast of Ligurien and Toskana, we searched for a small house around Massa. The market in Italy for proporties is hugh. There were so many cheap and nice options but they have bin very high in the mountains or on the country side. You often have to climb up the typically Italian, very small mountain roads with lots of bends and so on. The small villiges were beautiful, charm and an amazing view. The other side of the coin the way to anywhere else. With the time we understood a real estate in a good postion would be very expansive.

It took us more than 3 weeks to understood the market and interpretate the prices. Beside the price and the shape of the house, where is the next super market, how fare is the next super market away and so on.
